I know that no one likes to be preached at, but I am telling you that your privilege is one envied by not only those who aren't allowed to vote in the US, but those in other countries that don't live in a democracy. I bought myself a Canon Powershot S410 last week sometime. I love it to death, it is my new baby, and it is quite a step up from a one megapixel HP digital camera. :D The new one is four megapixels complete with four shooting modes - regular, manual, photo-stitch, and movie. The movies can be up to three minutes and are recorded with sound. The manual has options such as black and white, sepia, white balance adjustment, etc. I'm really happy with the purchase and have been taking pictures compulsively so expect a lot of new submissions soon... if you care..
